How to Break Free From Negative Thoughts
What so ever a man thinketh in his heart so is he.
Do you ever have negative thoughts? You probably even said it out loud, in a joking way. We say negative things a lot more than we should.
I changed my life in 1977 because I learned how to give up negative thinking. Negative thinking can be damaging not only to our self-confidence, but that can begin a process of thoughts and behaviors that an negatively affects our perception of other things in our life.
Ways to BREAK FREE from Negative Thoughts : Think about what you can do to avoid this pattern of being negative. Remember words are seeds that carry faith, or fear, and they produce after their kind. Faith cometh by hearing and the more you hear yourself say something negative the more you will believe it. I always confess that I have the mind of Christ and it helps me get through.Break free from negative thought patterns.
1:Take a step back and look at the project objectively. You only completed it in an efficient manner, but it will become the template for future projects. Forget about the mistake; think about what you’ve achieved. The holidays are coming up and you need to begin the house-cleaning project. You look around at the house and decide it’s too much; you can’t do it; why bother. 2: Stop and consider dividing up the tasks. Ask your family to help and assigning each one a specific job. Once you begin the process of prioritizing, you will feel great and it will be accomplished. Have you ever started a diet before the holidays? And all of a sudden you have a yearning for your favorite dessert. You quickly decide to give up your diet, and think it wasn’t worth the effort. You look in mirror and say to yourself, “I’m fat, and there’s nothing I can do about it.” I might as well eat what I want. Wrong! You are setting yourself up for failure by thinking negatively about the way you look does not solve the problem.

Stop Dieting and renew your mind. 3: Remember: It is not a sin to be tempted but it is a sin to yield to the temptation. 4: Instead of giving up, admit that you stumbled and pick yourself back up and start again right where you left off. Some the most intense negative thought processes are experienced by people who think their life isn’t going the way they thought it should; or they are unhappy at work; or pressure from other people has caused them to act in a way that cultivates anger. They say things like “I don’t want to live anymore,” While they may not mean it; it is still a sign that requires immediate intervention.

( thought about over and over again) it can germinate into the act itself. 6: I have found being thankful for the good things in your life instead of focusing on the bad things is a sure cure for anxiety, negative thoughts, depression and panic attacks.
Learn positive thinking and good things will come your way. Just remember you can do all thing through Christ who strengthens you. With the help of family, christian friends, wise counselors or skilled professionals – negative thoughts can quickly be turned around and into positive reinforcement. Get in the bible and read God’s Book of Promises and eat from the master’s table there is great strenght there. 7: It is up to each and every one of us to make a wise choice to think only good thoughts and put away any hint of negativity. Cast down bad imaginations and negative thoughts; and avoid imprinting unwanted thoughts onto the lives and the lives of our family.
